The storage bins and classroom supplies helped keep instructional materials organized and easily accessible, while the pens, correction tape, stamps, and other teacher tools made completing paperwork and providing student feedback much more efficient. Even something as simple as using purple and pink pens instead of red helped reduce student anxiety when reviewing their work.\r\n\r\nThe behavior incentive supplies had the greatest impact on my students. The punch cards and candy rewards encouraged students to monitor their own behavior, stay engaged, and work toward positive goals throughout the day. Instead of focusing on negative behaviors, students were motivated by earning rewards for making good choices. These materials helped build a more positive classroom culture where students felt successful, celebrated, and motivated to continue improving.","fullyFundedDate":1686865595097,"projectUrl":"project/new-start-essential-needs/7311296/","projectTitle":"New Start, Essential Needs","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Tamia Jones","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp1905610_orig.png?crop=359,359,x0,y92&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1605901015788","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/1905610"},{"teacherId":1905610,"projectId":7070364,"letterContent":"Thanks to the generous support, our student-athletes had access to nutritious snacks and drinks during conditioning and training. These resources also helped ensure that athletes who came to practice hungry still had the energy needed to participate safely.\r\n\r\nThe action camera has become a valuable coaching tool by allowing us to record practices and review performance with our athletes. Instead of relying only on verbal feedback, students can now see their technique, movement, and progress for themselves, making coaching more meaningful and helping them improve more quickly.
