With clear, instant communication between staff members stationed at different points along the car rider route, we are able to quickly respond to changes, keep traffic flowing smoothly, and ensure that every student is safely matched with the correct vehicle. Instead of relying on hand signals or running messages back and forth, staff can now communicate immediately about student names, transportation changes, or any unexpected situations. This has significantly reduced confusion and wait times for families.\r\n\r\nBeyond improving logistics, the walkie talkies have created a calmer and more organized dismissal environment for students, staff, and parents. Clear communication helps us resolve concerns quickly and maintain a positive atmosphere at the end of the school day. Families feel reassured knowing that safety is our top priority, and staff members feel more confident and supported in their roles.
