These resources have quickly become a natural part of our daily routines and emotional-regulation strategies.\r\n\r\nMany of the items are already supporting classroom activities. The rain stick and sensory timer help guide mindfulness breaks, the slug fidget offers quiet grounding during reading, and the sloth book has become a student favorite. We are especially excited to begin using the liquid timer pens to encourage scholars who struggle with writing to participate more confidently. Having such a wide variety of sensory options soft, hard, click-based, swaying, and vibrating allows each student to find what works best for them.\r\n\r\nAn unexpected and heartwarming benefit is that scholars from other classrooms have also been able to use these tools when they need a moment to reset.
