Your donation has helped in transforming our speech therapy space and has made a difference for my students.\r\n\r\nWhen the tiered bookshelf, floor cushions, storage bins, sensory toy, and folders arrived, we were beyond excited. My students immediately gravitated towards the floor cushions and requested to use them to sit on the floor and at their seats. The cushions have become a favorite spot for practicing speech sounds and language skills during book reading. The storage bins keep our materials neat and accessible, so we can spend more time working towards their goals and less time digging around for materials.\r\n\r\nThe tiered bookshelf has allowed me to stay organized for all of my required meetings and is used to hold our book and activity for each week for easy access. The plastic poly envelopes are used everyday to send home paperwork that needs to be signed and brought back with my students. These folders have eliminated paper getting lost in backpacks and has become a great system!\r\n\r\nThanks to your support, my students have a space that feels safe, engaging, and fun which is necessary for communication skills to grow. Our students harvested their first crop of lettuce, and the experience was both educational and enjoyable. They took great pride in helping with the harvest and even enjoyed eating the medley of lettuce without any salad dressing!\r\n\r\nThe hose you provided was invaluable during the harvest, allowing us to reset the farmstand efficiently and prepare for the next planting. Additionally, the notebooks were instrumental in recording the growth of the plants, the water added each week, and the nutrients that were added. These tools have greatly enhanced our students' learning experience and understanding of sustainable gardening practices.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we are excited to plant more lettuce and a variety of herbs. This upcoming crop will be donated to a local food bank, further extending the positive impact of your support to our community.\r\n\r\nThank you once again for your generosity and for making this project possible.
