The necklaces incorporated patterns using the pony beads with at least one specialty (Native American) bead on each necklace. We are going to bag them separately and pass them out on November 13th, the official holiday. Initially, the necklaces were to focus on Iroquois Coding patterns/meaning, but as with children we know that plans can change...Lol! The girls asked if they could make their own codes for the necklace for specific people (teachers, staff, and students) around the building. They explained what the colors meant and why they chose specific people, which I think represents their compassion with the resources of this project.","fullyFundedDate":1761234751077,"projectUrl":"project/stem-girls-national-native-american-her/9849406/","projectTitle":"STEM Girls: National Native American Heritage and World Kindness Project","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Pollard","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp3097038_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1594770957000","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/qlbug-missp-"},{"teacherId":795419,"projectId":9743999,"letterContent":"Thanks to your generous support, our sensory room has become a safe and welcoming space where students can calm their bodies, refocus their minds, and return to learning ready to succeed.
