Each morning, students gather to preview the day's lessons, upcoming projects, and special events. One of my favorite moments was when a group of 5th graders eagerly took charge of updating the calendar with our class's upcoming project milestones. It has given them a sense of responsibility and ownership, while also helping younger students visualize what's ahead.\r\n\r\nStudent reactions\r\nWhen the calendar first arrived, students were immediately drawn to its bright, clear display.
