Many of them come from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds and lack access to colorful, high-quality materials. In our school, technology like this printer is not just a convenience—it is a vital bridge to understanding. I am thrilled to share that we are still successfully using this donated equipment every single day in our classroom to maintain this incredible momentum.\r\n\r\nSince the printer arrived, the impact on student learning has been profound, directly contributing to our phenomenal growth on the Imagine Learning benchmarks this year:\r\n\r\nVisual Comprehension: We continue to use the printer to create vivid, culturally adaptive learning materials. The crisp graphics break down language barriers instantly, helping students understand classroom activities that would otherwise confuse them.\r\n\r\nOutstanding Academic Growth: Thanks to these targeted, engaging visuals, 64% of our ESOL students are now performing on or above grade level at the End of the Year (EoY)! Specifically, 25% are performing above grade level, and 39% are on grade level.\r\n\r\nFlipping the Script on Achievement: Our growth graph shows a beautiful, steady upward climb from the Beginning of the Year (BoY) to the Middle of the Year (MoY), culminating in our spectacular EoY results. At the start, the vast majority of our language learners scored below level, with 31% in the highest-risk red category. Now, we have slashed that red category down to just 14%!\r\n\r\nImmediate Connection: Our newest arrivals—the students who just walked into our country and school for the very first time—have warmed up to this technology the most. Seeing familiar, friendly images printed in full color gives them an immediate sense of comfort, making English feel like a fun game rather than a stressful chore.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead to the upcoming school year, this printer will continue to play an essential role as we launch an exciting new STEM program! We will use it to support hands-on activities, explore fascinating STEM careers, and elevate our students' language skills through an immersive, space-related project. Your gift keeps on giving by providing the visual backbone for these upcoming scientific explorations.","fullyFundedDate":1729290244647,"projectUrl":"project/printer-attractive-colorful-visuals-for/8557577/","projectTitle":"Printer: Attractive Colorful Visuals for ELL Students","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Rivera","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-1_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9628201"},{"teacherId":10246425,"projectId":9694013,"letterContent":"Thank you for your amazing contributions. The puzzle mats are a place for them to go sit and play or read, the dinosaur eggs were added to our treasure box for rewards.
