Thanks to your support, we received the markers, presentation clicker, wireless mouse, and paper cutter — and they've already transformed both teaching and learning for my students.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the new materials, their faces lit up with excitement. They immediately asked, \"Are these for us? Can we use them for our projects?\" Watching them dive into group activities with the new markers, confidently present with the clicker, and eagerly help prepare learning stations using the paper cutter has been a joy to witness. One of my favorite moments was when a student used the markers to lead a small-group review session — they were so engaged and proud to take ownership of their learning!\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, these tools will continue to help us bring lessons to life, especially as we work on visual essays, peer presentations, and collaborative class projects. The clicker and wireless mouse make transitions smooth during presentations, freeing me to move around the room and interact more with students as they explore new ideas. \r\n\r\nThank you for not just funding a project, but for truly investing in our learning journey. Your kindness and support have created lasting opportunities for growth, creativity, and connection in our classroom!","fullyFundedDate":1735258895223,"projectUrl":"project/learning-made-fast-fun-and-easy/8710268/","projectTitle":"Learning Made Fast, Fun, and Easy","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Bibal","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9462688_orig.jpg?crop=2400,2400,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1713294137445","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9462688"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_46766","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":3262,"numTeachers":188,"percentFrplEligible":64,"percentAsian":1,"percentBlack":15,"percentWhite":5,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":76,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"9 - 12","studentTeacherRatio":"17.4:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"SUBURBAN","ncesMetroType":"SUBURB_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":78.5,"schoolId":46766,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about John I Leonard High School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"John I Leonard High School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/florida/palm-beach-county-public-schools/john-i-leonard-high-school/46766"}
