We are using the new motivation resources during lessons, group work, and independent activities. Students earn tickets, stamps, and small rewards such as candies and snacks for participating, staying focused, and putting forth their best effort. One powerful moment was seeing students who are usually hesitant eagerly raise their hands and engage in activities, motivated by the encouragement and recognition they receive. Every effort is noticed, valued, and celebrated.\r\nWhen students first saw the materials, their excitement was immediate. They were eager to learn how the system worked and quickly understood that the rewards were about effort and growth, not just correct answers. These motivation tools have boosted participation and confidence, encouraging students to take risks, try harder tasks, and positively support one another. The classroom atmosphere has become more energetic and inclusive, with students motivated to contribute and succeed.\r\nMoving forward, we are continuing to use these resources alongside our current reading and writing lessons. Students are setting goals, tracking their progress, and reflecting on how their efforts lead to improvement. Nearly 100 students were impacted by the soccer get we were able to retrieve. We are a lower income school that has to work very diligently to be able to provide our kiddos with the right tools to improve their skills and in this case let off a little steam. \r\n\r\nWith the supplies we were able to get through these donations we were able to increase the numbers of groups able to participate in a number of programs including our before and after school programs. Often soccer is left behind, but not this time.
