Our new whiteboards, markers, and erasers have made learning fun and impactful for the class! We love to use our whiteboards to show our thinking and express our answers using hands-on materials! The children were excited to choose their favorite color marker and a cute lil' eraser to match! Recently, we used our whiteboards to practice our morphology lesson. Students are learning how morphemes (prefixes, suffixes, and root words) can work together to change the meaning of a word. They were able to use their whiteboards to write, segment, and explain the meaning of multi- syllable words. This will help all of my students become stronger readers with better comprehension.
