Because of your investment, our middle and high school students now have a dedicated space to innovate, explore, and prepare for the future.\r\n\r\nThe impact of your donation has been immediate and transformative. Since opening the lab, the energy on campus has shifted; students are no longer just reading about engineering in textbooks, they are living it.\r\n\r\nWhile the entire lab has elevated our curriculum, the 3D printer has undoubtedly been the centerpiece of student excitement. In today's world, technology is an essential language, and it is vital that our students move beyond being mere consumers of tech to become designers and creators. Witnessing their growth has been nothing short of amazing:\r\n•\tDesign & Blueprints: Students are spending hours mastering complex 3D modeling software, learning how to translate digital vision into a physical blueprint.\r\n•\tRobotics: Our robotics teams are currently using the printer to manufacture custom components for a robotic hand, allowing them to test and iterate their designs in real-time.\r\n•\tRenewable Energy: Another group of students is utilizing the technology to build a wind-powered electromagnetic generator, printing precision parts that are essential for converting wind energy into power.\r\nYour contribution has provided these bright young minds with the tools to solve problems, fail forward, and ultimately succeed. You haven't just donated equipment; you have donated the opportunity for a student to discover their potential as a future engineer, scientist, or innovator.\r\n\r\nThank you for believing in our students and for supporting the next generation of STEM leaders at Jose Martí MAST 6-12 Academy.","fullyFundedDate":1755787241959,"projectUrl":"project/building-tomorrows-engineers-hands-on/9512879/","projectTitle":"Building Tomorrow's Engineers: Hands-On STEM for All Students","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Perez","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-4_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/4306066"},{"teacherId":2077287,"projectId":8667659,"letterContent":"This project has Helped my student tremendously.
