They are so grateful for all of the school supplies we have been gifted. The colorful rug is their favorite place to sit at all times of the day, they find the smiley faces on it very inviting. The rug helped us to get close and make our classroom a family. The students love the dry erase clip boards! We use them during our phonics lessons, so we can work on our spelling, and during whole group lessons. A lot of the students prefer to sit close to the board and the clipboards allow that to be possible. \r\n\r\nStudents are especially grateful for any supplies that can be used in our centers. The number line helps them to make their own equations and practice math facts. The art center is always exploding with laughter and joy. Students use the dry erase markers to play their own version of school on their easel or have drawing competitions. The construction paper is used for all sorts of crafts from princess crowns to birthday cards.\r\n\r\nWe are very thankful to all the smiles we have shared so far this year and can't wait to have a great rest of the year!
