One of the biggest highlights has been our \"Rocket Leader of the Week\" celebrations. Students who demonstrate the 7 Habits get to create special \"All About Me\" posters using the materials you helped provide. I celebrate them in class, share exactly why they earned this honor, take their pictures for our classroom display, and they're also recognized schoolwide—and even featured in our weekly newsletter. This has boosted their confidence and encouraged everyone to show leadership daily.\r\n\r\nA memorable classroom moment happened when I assigned each table group one of the 7 Habits. Using the resources from this project, they created posters showing what that habit looks like in action. Students talked through examples, designed visuals, and worked together to create displays that now guide the expectations in our room. It was incredible seeing them explain, in their own words, what leadership should look like when someone walks into our class.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, my students were so excited. They immediately wanted to explore everything, and many began talking about ideas for posters and projects on their own. Their enthusiasm made it clear that these resources truly sparked their creativity and sense of pride. \r\n\r\nYour generosity didn't just give us materials—it helped create a positive, leadership-centered culture in our classroom. My students feel seen, celebrated, and inspired, and I can't thank you enough for making that possible.","fullyFundedDate":1755740213557,"projectUrl":"project/exploring-fairness-justice-and-leaders/9402624/","projectTitle":"Exploring Fairness, Justice, and Leadership Through the 7 Habits","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Henderson","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp2979412_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1528332693615","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/towanda-henderson"},{"teacherId":8672496,"projectId":9294568,"letterContent":"The addition of a technology charging cart for our iPads has made a meaningful difference in both teaching and learning across our classroom. With a centralized, organized place to store and charge devices, students have consistent access to fully charged iPads throughout the day. This reliability ensures that valuable instructional time is not lost due to dead batteries or device disorganization, allowing students to stay engaged in interactive lessons, digital research, and collaboration projects that enrich their musical and cultural learning experience.\r\n\r\nFrom a teacher perspective, the charging cart helps streamline classroom management and technology integration. I can confidently plan tech-based activities knowing the devices will be ready to use at any given point.
