I can honestly say that this was the best Fall Festival that we have had in the seven years that I have been teaching at my school. The students loved getting to win the prizes that we were able to recieve through your generous donation to our DonorsChoose project.\r\n\r\nThe students were able to travel around the campus with their teachers, paraprofessionals, and even their parents if they attended the event and play carnival-style events. This allowed the students to work on skills such as patience and turn taking which is especially hard for students with autism and other significant disabilities.\r\n\r\nWe were also able to get volunteers to come run the different activities so the teachers and paraprofessionals were able to help facilitate the different skills that we are working on with our students.
