Examples of what they are using are: playdough for stress and anxiety, fidgets including the famous Axolotl bendy, Coping skills games and Cards. They have been able to work through scenarios through these cards that present socialization and emotional problems to work through solutions. Students now find that my office is a place that they can go to if they need a break to regulate any negative emotions they may be experiencing during the school day.
