This project served as a culminating activity after several weeks of lessons focused on how hearing loss impacts their learning.\r\n\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw all of the fun edible components, their eyes lit up! Their first question was, \"When can we eat it?\" It was wonderful to see them learn and engage in such an interactive way.\r\n\r\n\r\nNow that we've completed the edible ear project, our team is moving on to teaching students about the different types of hearing loss and identifying the specific type they each have.
