The additional resources have been incredibly useful in building our library of teaching materials. Having access to ready-made workbooks, graphic organizers, and worksheets has significantly reduced planning time, allowing me to spend more meaningful and valuable time directly with students.\r\n\r\nThe iPad has been especially transformative in the classroom. Students can access interactive websites and digital activities, allowing them to input their responses directly and receive immediate feedback. This hands-on approach has made learning more engaging and helps students better understand and retain new concepts.\r\n\r\nOne of the most exciting aspects for our students is how interactive and immediate the technology makes learning. Some students who previously struggled with traditional worksheets have especially warmed to these digital tool; they are more motivated, confident, and willing to participate. For example, students who are hesitant to write long answers on paper now eagerly complete activities on the iPad, which helps them build both skills and confidence.\r\n\r\nOverall, these tools are helping us provide a more personalized and engaging learning experience, and our students are thriving because of it.","fullyFundedDate":1760983275836,"projectUrl":"project/help-high-school-students-grow/9848164/","projectTitle":"Help High School Students Grow","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Hackendorn","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp1602047_orig.jpg?crop=3024,3024,x1008,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1607136121522","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/1602047"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_44605","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":1495,"numTeachers":35,"percentFrplEligible":11,"percentAsian":3,"percentBlack":16,"percentWhite":59,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":12,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"5 - 12","studentTeacherRatio":"42.7:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":false,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"SUBURBAN","ncesMetroType":"SUBURB_SMALL"},"inStateSupporters":38.5,"schoolId":44605,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Delmar Middle Senior High School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Delmar Middle Senior High School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/delaware/delmar-school-district/delmar-middle-senior-high-school/44605"}
