All of the Reading Comprehension cards and inferencing cards have helped engage my students in learning more as these new resources provided new stories to gain their attention. The Picture My Picture Preposition cards have helped tremendously with the understanding of preposition words and when to use them with the excellent support. What my students have loved most are playing Kibbit and Rapid Rumble as these seem more like fun games to them and they do not realize that they are learning describing words, vocabulary, fluency skills, articulation sounds, and so much more! When I told my students that there were generous people out there that donated all of these new resources to our speech room they were all in awe! My students have been extremely grateful to all these new additions to the classroom. Any time we bring out Guess in 10, UNO, Spot It, and our conversational cubes they remember there were amazing people out there who donated this to them and wanted to help them grow more as students. Not only has this donation helped engage my students more in their speech session by providing new materials to use, it has also helped my students gain gratitude and respect for others out there.
