We ended each of our yoga sessions with our heads resting in a yoga blocking repeating affirmations such as \"I am kind\" \"I am smart\" \"I can do hard things\"\r\n\r\nWe used these mats and blacks as our end of the year family engagement. The families practiced yoga with their child.
