My students are using the resistance bands daily to release restlessness while staying focused during reading and writing. Instead of struggling to sit still, students are able to move quietly and comfortably, which has led to longer periods of concentration and increased engagement.\r\n\r\nWhen students first saw the materials, they were super excited. Several asked to try them right away and immediately shared how much they liked them, admitting that restlessness was a problem they rarely talked about. The seat cushions are especially anticipated. Many of my students love to sit on the floor when they are reading or being creative, and the cushions will make those moments more comfortable and productive. The writing pad is also in constant rotation, and this gives students flexible options for writing wherever they learn best.\r\n\r\nThanks to this donation, my classroom is becoming a space where movement, comfort, and learning work together.
