Having dedicated equipment in our school environment allows us to run structured practice sessions where students can play in teams, collaborate, and actively build both technical and communication skills. \r\n\r\nThe most transformative part of your gift is the access and equity it creates for our school community. While the equipment arrived a bit too late for our fall competitive season, I am planning our spring esports program a bit differently now. Previously, participation was limited to students who owned a Switch at home. Starting this spring, I will be able to open the esports team to every student in our school, removing financial barriers and ensuring all interested students can participate regardless of their personal access to technology.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, having this new hardware allows me to set up dedicated practice stations. Instead of waiting for turns, students can now focus on targeted skill-building, strategic teamwork, and specific gameplay mechanics in small groups.
