Many meals are prepared and then the table is set for family dinners with this new added addition to our classroom. their socialization skills are more enhanced with this new addition to our classroom. Together as a class, we opened the package and set it up the minute it arrived! My students were immediately able to pick their smiley to sit on, and join in on some independent reading time.\r\n\r\nThe following day, our students were able to participate in morning meeting, story time, rest time, a social/emotional lesson and phonics all on our new carpet! \r\n\r\nThe students have commented on how they love the colors, how they get their own space and spot and that it was such a \"cute\" color.
