Our building is very old and has been in need of attention. So when choosing to go with a carpet it was for multiple reasons.\r\nThe first being the safety it bring my students who would have no where to sit on the floor but a bare cement surface. The second was the aesthetic it would bring to the space and third the pride the students would feel when in their classroom.\r\n\r\nI also chose a metal cart that was needed to math games that the students could easily access on their own. This has already met the needs of my students. I am appreciative and humbled by the kindness and generosity you have shown me and my students. From creating interactive displays to presenting research through art, and technology, they took great pride in their work and in sharing what they learned with their classmates as well as the younger grades. It was inspiring to see how engaged and confident they became through this project.
