Teaching is challenging, but when the right tools are available, it makes the learning process more fun, and in my classes, creativity is the name of the game. \r\n\r\nThe pictures shown are some examples of what the students have chosen to make in sewing and wood shop. They come to me with their ideas, and we discuss options, students choose the way they want to progress, and I let them go! As I walk around the shop or classroom, I help them tweak their methods, and then I am always amazed at their ingenuity. I think the kids will work out their projects in a certain way, and they give it their own little twist, and I am amazed at their outcome. \r\n\r\nIn education, differentiation is so needed since everyone learns differently. Having different options to get to the same end product, whether in math, science, sewing or wood shop. The items you donated toward have allowed all my learners figure out how to accomplish something in their own way.
