My students were so excited to be able to eat a healthy snack in the late morning. It has helped them look forward to coming to group, has helped them focus, and has given them access to food they would not have had otherwise. \r\n\r\nWe have interactive notebooks that we use to keep track of our comprehension skills and strategies so that students can refer to those notebooks to help them with reading and writing. The glue sticks have allowed them to make sure that items are accessible later to be used for their reference. \r\n\r\nWe usually have to buy our own materials to ensure that we stay healthy during cold and flu season. Our students had a doctor day at the end of our human body unit. They were able to use the box with different activities to bring their learning to life. They all dressed as doctors and truly enjoyed each aspect of the science kit. We will get to use the other science kits with the future standards we will be covering. Thank you for this outstanding opportunity!
