Because of your support, every single one of my 8th-grade students now has their own copy of the book to read, hold, and reflect on every day.\r\n\r\nHaving individual copies makes a profound difference in our classroom. Instead of sharing books or staring at screens, my students can fully immerse themselves in the physical pages, following along seamlessly and engaging with the story at their own pace. Holding Anne's words in their hands builds a genuine connection to her story—allowing them to see a teenager navigating unimaginable circumstances with resilience and hope.\r\n\r\nThese books are central to our current unit, The Legacy of Anne Frank, where we explore the essential question: How do the challenges you face today help to shape your future? Reading Anne's daily thoughts gives my students a powerful springboard to reflect on their own lives, face their own obstacles, and explore their identities through daily journaling. With identical copies in hand, they are also leading thoughtful classroom discussions on resilience, character, and how small actions impact communities.\r\n\r\nYou didn't just place books on our shelves—you gave 8th graders a meaningful lens through which to practice empathy, reflect on their personal journeys, and discover the power of their own voices.
