In a world caught up in social media and videos, I believe that still pics remain the best way to tell a story, when done well. \r\n Due to some stock and delivery issues, it took us some time to get our new Canon camera, but one of my senior students immediately took it upon himself to learn the ins and outs of this particular camera so that he could teach himself to be an excellent photographer. I'll be sure to include some of his photos. He's a language learner and incredibly bright and I am so proud of not only his desire to become a great photographer, but in his willingness to stretch himself socially and be present at a large variety of events, making sure all of our students have opportunity to be included in our photo arrays. \r\n Your generosity has absolutely enhanced the life of one particular student, though it doesn't come close to stopping there. The a single camera changes hands many times during a week which enables us to capture life in our building over and over and over, raising spirits, encouraging higher self-esteem, and ultimately changing the culture of a school for the better, time and time again. \r\n My students and I are continually in awe of the support you've given and us and we all want to say thank you. You have blessed us and we are indeed grateful.","fullyFundedDate":1778198059032,"projectUrl":"project/a-chance-to-take-great-pics/10232962/","projectTitle":"A Chance to Take Great Pics!","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Heiser","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp6173037_orig.png?crop=1294,1294,x299,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1785445213658","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/6173037"},{"teacherId":9835025,"projectId":10197450,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your donation for the expanding our planting area project. It taught students many new skills and applications of their critical thinking abilities.
