I like to do a lot of project based learning examples in the classroom which is where most of the supplies will be used. Construction paper, coloring supplies, rulers, etc. will all be used to help create the many fun projects I have planned for my classes this year. \r\n\r\nWhen I told my students our classroom supply list was funded they were very excited! This technology has help my students learned the process or recording, editing, and posting a school based podcast. Every week they use the microphones to record their interviews with fellow students, staff members, and members of our community. The most exciting part about the items on this project list was the tablet. Students have greatly enjoyed having a visible digital timer to chunk our day. This has been a huge game changer for time management in the classroom! Which can be very difficult to productively manage time in 100 minute blocks.\r\n\r\nWe use our speak every single day. Students have made a playlist for their class with music THEY want to listen to. This has eliminated the use of headphones and phones in class because they all WANT to listen to the music being played aloud! \r\n\r\nWhiteboards with coordinate grids have been used as a warm up tool every day since we received them.
