The school I teach at is working toward bringing more technology into classrooms and you are the beginning of that in my room and school. The students have been so excited to learn about the process and possibilities of 3D printing. They are learning about design, slicing and what the printing process is like in real time. \r\n I have been printing small items during math class as part of my PBIS system. The students work hard, do well on assignments and earn fake math money. They can turn it in for 3D printed items or other things. They really like looking up designs and seeing them print in a matter of minutes. \r\n I mainly have been using my printer during my club at the end of the day to teach students about the basics of 3D design, importing the design into slicing software and then printing the item on the P1S. The value of it is pretty impressive and I see it making a huge difference for the rest of this year and for years to come. I have had so much fun sharing this technology and passion i have for design and building with my students.
