Watching our students take ownership of this space has been incredible. Because of your support, they are moving beyond textbooks to master real-world professional skills, including:\r\n\r\n- Inventory Management: Tracking stock levels and predicting demand.\r\n- Customer Service: Practicing professional communication and conflict resolution.\r\n- Cash Handling: Reconciling daily registers and understanding financial accountability.\r\n- Marketing: Designing displays to move inventory.\r\n\r\nThe impact has been so profound that we are already moving into Phase 2 of our build-out and our next round of fundraising. Our students have proven they are ready for a more robust, sophisticated retail environment.
