It was a great way to start the new school year as I got the materials just in time during the first week. So far, my students love the hands on materials; especially the magnetic items. I can't wait to show them more as the year goes on. \r\n\r\nThe quality and bright colors of the materials look clean, neat and inviting to want to use versus some of our old materials that have been falling apart and missing items. In addition, many of our older intervention activities are very outdated. For example, I had a station wagon on one of my picture cards. Of course, none of the students know what that is anymore. Lol!\r\n\r\nThe curriculum that I received are really focusing on improving their articulation, vocabulary and social language skills. I selected these because majority of my students have one of these goals on their IEP. Competition is always fun in third grade especially when students have a prize in mind.
