Students have been very engaged and are learning how to persevere through challenging tasks. Specifically, the wooden Tetris game is what students gravitate towards. They think I am magic when I get the pieces apart and then put them back together.\r\n\r\nOverall, my students truly enjoy getting to take breaks from learning to use the brain teasers. Unfortunately, the translation device was unavailable and when I was given the opportunity to change it to a different device, that one was also unavailable. I ended up choosing other items that have already been put to good use. I chose the book Sick Simon to add to our library to help students learn about spreading germs. It is easily the new class favorite. I was able to still get a translation device for my classroom, it just didn't come through this project.
