On behalf of Thornton Elementary, I want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your generous donation of $600 toward our One Book One School project, enabling us to purchase copies of \"A Boy Called Bat\" for every student in grades K-5.\r\nThanks to your support, each child was able to receive their own copy of this wonderful book. The excitement and joy on their faces as they wrote their names in the front cover were truly heartwarming. Your generosity has made a significant impact on our students, fostering a love for reading that we aim to nurture every day.\r\nAs a Title I school, we serve a community where literacy initiatives are especially crucial. Many families face challenges that can make reading at home a lower priority. By encouraging families to read \"A Boy Called Bat\" together, we are promoting not only literacy but also the invaluable bonding time that reading offers. Your contribution has helped us strengthen this initiative, and we have already seen positive responses from both students and parents.\r\nThank you once again for your support and commitment to education. Your investment in our students' futures is truly appreciated, and it inspires us to continue our work in making literacy accessible to all.\r\nWarm regards,\r\nAngela Keating\r\nDigital Literacy Partner\r\nThornton Elementary","fullyFundedDate":1723166437739,"projectUrl":"project/building-a-community-of-readers-one-book/8570063/","projectTitle":"Building a Community of Readers ONE Book at a Time!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Keating","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-8_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/3996935"},{"teacherId":9219871,"projectId":8574833,"letterContent":"Thank you for all of the support for my classroom.
