My students and I have been using the purchased supplies daily. The dry erase sleeves have been helpful for practicing spelling. Each student has a paper with Elkonin boxes inside the dry erase sleeve. This paper provides an important scaffold for them as they practice writing words with the phonics (spelling) patterns we are learning. The students in my math groups are happy to have clean, unscratched whiteboards that double as clipboards. This allows them to have extra space to show their work when solving math problems. \r\n\r\nWe are currently using the sand timers and digital timers as we work to improve oral reading fluency and math fact fluency. My 3rd and 4th graders have a goal to master their multiplication and division facts from 0-12 by the end of the school year. They love racing the clock to see how many math facts they can answer in one minute. \r\n\r\nMy students and I are thankful to have the supplies we need wherever we are learning! Whether it's in the classroom, in small breakout spaces or elsewhere, my students are able to productively engage in our learning.","fullyFundedDate":1773241313894,"projectUrl":"project/intervention-resources-rewards/10033091/","projectTitle":"Intervention Resources & Rewards","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Viers","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp3679548_orig.jpg?crop=1459,1459,x0,y53&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1630527354796","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/3679548"},{"teacherId":10323037,"projectId":9846815,"letterContent":"This project encouraged students to select books to read for information.
