We are using them to encourage movement, hydration, and healthy classroom habits while also helping students stay focused and ready to learn. It has been wonderful to see students become more aware of the importance of taking care of their bodies while they are working hard academically.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the new materials, they were excited to have resources that could help make our classroom more active and engaging. They enjoyed learning that staying hydrated and moving throughout the day can help them feel refreshed and ready to participate. These simple resources have helped us create positive habits that support both learning and well-being.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, we will continue incorporating movement and hydration into our daily routines. My goal is to help students develop healthy habits that they can carry with them beyond the classroom.
