Many of my students absolutely LOVE using it by creating the different ramps and watching the coaster go down and into the catch barrel.\r\nThe echo microphones and the push button phone has been used not only during play, but also during circle time to help illicit more language.\r\nThese few as well as all the other items that were purchased have made my students more interested in their work rotations as well as participating in new activities.\r\nThank you so incredibly for making this possible.","fullyFundedDate":1733252899503,"projectUrl":"project/looking-for-some-fun/8607919/","projectTitle":"Looking for Some Fun!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Perez","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp5088513_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1536958712604","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/5088513"},{"teacherId":9813558,"projectId":8898710,"letterContent":"These Magna tiles have been a wonderful addition to use on our new light table. Our program serves a wide range of infants and toddlers with expectational needs, including those with vision impairments. We are able to use the different themed sets that go along with our creative art projects, circle time activities and language goals. In particular, the sets with the animals have been a huge hit with one little toddler. She is able to manipulate the animals, feeling the difference in size of the animal, how the legs/tag moves as well as start identifying the animal by feeling the difference in the ears! Your support has had a meaningful and lasting impact on the environment we are creating for our students.\r\nThanks to your contribution, we were able to purchase a new circle time rug that has truly transformed our classroom. The soft, cozy space has become a favorite spot for my students, where they can gather, learn, and interact with one another. It has brought a sense of warmth and comfort that helps my students feel more relaxed and engaged. They now enjoy building on the floor, laying down, and participating in group activities in a way that feels both safe and inviting.\r\nThe addition of this rug has allowed us to make circle time even more special and has fostered a sense of belonging and togetherness. It's wonderful to see how the students are using it not only for learning but also for their social and emotional development.\r\nAnother highlight has been the completion of our safe place/calm corner, which now includes a soft rug where students can go to decompress, calm their bodies, or simply take a moment to relax if they are feeling unwell. This calming space has quickly become a sanctuary in our classroom, offering students the opportunity to reset when they need it most. It's so rewarding to see them use the space to engage in self-regulation techniques or just find a moment of peace in our busy day.\r\nAdditionally, your donation helped us add new library stools to our reading area, and they have made a world of difference. These stools have created more space for students to gather around and join in our literacy center. It's been amazing to watch them explore books, engage in group reading activities, and develop a love of learning in a comfortable, inviting environment. The new setup has made the library area more accessible and encourages students to dive into stories with enthusiasm.\r\nYour thoughtful donation has truly made a difference, and I can't thank you enough for your support. It's because of people like you that we are able to create a space where students feel comfortable to grow, explore, and thrive.\r\nWarm regards,\r\nCaitlin Carr\r\nEarly Childhood Special Education Teacher, MA\r\nEarly Intervention Center, Ventura Unified School District","fullyFundedDate":1728601927394,"projectUrl":"project/creating-a-nurturing-and-inviting-classr/8471095/","projectTitle":"Creating a Nurturing and Inviting Classroom","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Caitlin","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp4608997_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1501800234188","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/4608997"},{"teacherId":5088513,"projectId":8327515,"letterContent":"Thank you so incredibly much for your donation and making it possible to create a more stimulating environment for my students.
