The enthusiastic learners of the Sespe Cub Club enjoy learning in a visually stimulating environment that uses various methods of teaching. Every child works on an individualized visual schedule of pictures to help them transition throughout the classroom. As every child is special and has unique learning needs, the motto in the classroom is "adapt and learn." Staff is regularly adapting materials and creating materials so that the students have an individualized hands on approach into any learning topic they may encounter. Learning comes from not only books, but from movement and through sensory activities. The classroom is a very busy environment and learning is happening at all times; through instruction, tasks, and most importantly from each other and through their play.
