They were so excited when the boxes came! It felt like Christmas! Every box was a new set of Oohs and Ahhas, when we opend them. We started the butterflies and ladybugs immediately! They had so much fun watching the ladybugs larva and caterpillars change into butterflies and ladybugs. They children were able to help feed them, change their plants, and finally release them into the wild. They are ready do do it all over again! \r\n You have brought new life into our science area. The science area is so full with new toys. The googles were a wonderful addition to our science area. The kids were wearing them daily and pretending that they were scientists. The magnet skeleton is a big hit with students asking about which bones do what. Your generosity has brought new life into our classroom. Thank you all for your kindness. Myself, my co-teachers, and especially the students are so thankful that you decided to help us and give to our clasroom.","fullyFundedDate":1745702330200,"projectUrl":"project/lets-learn-some-science/8982244/","projectTitle":"Let's Learn Some Science!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Madderra","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp519774_orig.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1763816040284","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/mmadderra"},{"teacherId":7930850,"projectId":8488769,"letterContent":"My students are extremely grateful! These new books have helped create many new opportunities for learning. The students are drawn to the titles and the covers of the books. The books are centered around social emotional learning and many life lessons for kids. When a situation arises in the classroom it is helpful to have access to a variety of books to pull from to teach students a lesson around a given subject. \r\n\r\nFor example, when my students were having trouble on the playground. I was able to pull a book from the Little Spots series to talk about how we can show kindness. This helps address the problem as a class and allows for students to see this information in a different way and are more inclined to retain the information. This also has provided us with many writing opportunities.\r\n\r\nI would like to once again thank you all for your generosity. This donation will not only help my current students. It will also help all of my future students!","fullyFundedDate":1731875901824,"projectUrl":"project/engaging-classroom-library/8488769/","projectTitle":"Engaging Classroom Library!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Angulo","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7930850_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1697466653282","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7930850"},{"teacherId":9572150,"projectId":8889649,"letterContent":"The calm corner is a hit.
