Even though I have been teaching for years, I am always looking for ways to improve myself as an educator. I am either looking for ways to help me advance my knowledge on classroom management strategies, how to communicate with my students and their parents, ways to help teach my students to be on grade level. Even though our district has adopted curriculum, I noticed there are holes and gaps in the program..causing me to seek extra resources to fill the gaps and teach my students how to master their common core standards. I plan to purchase digital ELA, STEM and math resources to help me teach financial literacy to my kindergartners.
