Your generosity made a meaningful difference, and my students truly benefited from this learning opportunity.\r\n\r\nWe used the human torso model throughout our entire body systems unit, not just for one lesson. As we studied each system, students were able to see and handle the organs, which helped them better understand where organs are located and how body systems work together. The model turned abstract concepts into something concrete and memorable for my students.\r\n\r\nWhen students first saw the model, they were excited and immediately curious. Many gathered around it and could not wait to explore the removable organs. Being able to take the organs out and put them back helped all learners, especially students who struggle with reading or diagrams. Participation increased, and students asked deeper questions during lessons.\r\n\r\nThe impact continued even after whole class instruction ended. I kept the model at my desk, and students regularly chose to work with it as an extension activity. They reviewed body systems independently, made connections between systems, and reinforced their understanding on their own. This model will continue to be used with future classes for instruction, review, intervention, and enrichment.\r\n\r\nThank you again for giving my students such a powerful hands on learning experience.
