Now, when we transition into small-group reading rotations, students can quickly find the books they need without waiting or rummaging through boxes. One specific project it has supported is our \"Read to Self\" station—students independently select texts from the shelf, which has made the rotation smoother and encouraged more reading stamina.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the bookshelf they were so excited. Many of them crowded the \r\nbookshelf, they felt a sense of ownership you can imagine their smiles.\r\nCurrently, we're working on building foundational literacy skills with decodable readers. The bookshelf has made these materials visible and accessible, which helps reinforce the idea that books are tools they can use independently. \r\n\r\nYour gift has not only organized our classroom but also inspired my students to see themselves as readers.
