I was able to start the school year off having all of the basic supplies I needed without having to worry about how I was going to afford it. This made it possible for me to start the school year off with a more positive outlook, which has also positively affected the mood of the class. It felt great to be able to give my students all of the supplies they needed on the first day of school. I was also able to prep many things before the year started and it allowed for a more seemless start.\r\n\r\nThe students were most excited for the new headphones, mostly because we have been using thin, more budget-friendly district provided headphones. These are much more comfortable and have better quality microphones and sound. This is especially helpful for those students who need speech to text, or text to speech services in order to complete their work to the best of their abilities. The notebooks have made it so much easier to keep our notes in order and not lose as many important pieces of information. The pages are also much thicker than those in other notebooks, so the pages haven't been falling out and getting lost.\r\n\r\nI am so excited to continue to use these supplies to give my students the education they deserve.
