Your kindness has made an immediate and meaningful impact on our students' learning experience. Because of you, we are able to provide engaging, high-quality listening opportunities that truly enhance our literacy instruction.\r\n\r\nThe listening center has been especially beneficial for our second language learners, helping them strengthen comprehension, build vocabulary, and develop confidence in their language skills. At the same time, it has also supported our English-speaking students by sharpening their listening abilities—an essential skill for overall academic success. The variety of voices and audio resources gives students exposure beyond just my instruction, which enriches their learning and keeps them engaged.\r\n\r\nThis resource has also guided me in frontloading vocabulary and content to better prepare students for lessons, setting them up for greater success. Your generosity has provided our classroom with a powerful tool that supports diverse learners and fosters growth in meaningful ways. We are truly grateful for your support and for investing in our students' futures.","fullyFundedDate":1769177372108,"projectUrl":"project/listening-center-to-grow-tk-students-ea/9918649/","projectTitle":"Listening Center to Grow TK Students’ Early Literacy","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Nidy","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9724388_orig.jpg?crop=369,369,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1725249226926","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9724388"},{"teacherId":9724388,"projectId":9565082,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous donation to our classroom project on DonorsChoose. We have been using it as a hands-on tool to practice letter formation, recognition, and letter sounds. Being able to trace and write letters in shaving cream has made learning more engaging and memorable for our young learners. The sensory experience helps reinforce their understanding in a fun and meaningful way. In addition, we've used it to create sensory art projects that the students absolutely loved. It sparked creativity, excitement, and lots of smiles!\r\n\r\nThank you again for investing in our students and helping make learning both joyful and effective. Your gift has truly made a meaningful difference in the quality of instruction and engagement for my young learners. The title of our project was Bringing Real Life into My Transitional Kindergarten Classroom, and thanks to your kindness, we've been able to do just that in a vivid and engaging way.\r\n\r\nBefore we received the printer, we relied on black-and-white alphabet cards to teach letter sounds and phonics. While effective to a degree, the impact of switching to full-color materials was immediate and noticeable. With the new printer, I was able to print alphabet cards that clearly showed what our mouths look like when we pronounce each sound. My students were instantly more attentive and better able to grasp these foundational concepts. The vibrant visuals captured their interest and made our phonics lessons more interactive and meaningful.\r\n\r\nWe also used the printer to enhance our social-emotional learning (SEL) lessons by printing colorful resources and visuals that resonate with our young students. Anything I can present in color—whether it's a feelings chart, behavior cues, or storytelling prompts—always holds their attention longer and supports deeper understanding. Your support has helped bring these critical materials to life, making a lasting difference in how my students learn and grow each day.\r\n\r\nThank you again for your generosity. You've not only provided us with a tool—we've gained a brighter, more engaging classroom environment that supports every child's development. Your kindness has touched our hearts, and we are incredibly grateful.","fullyFundedDate":1739366799526,"projectUrl":"project/bringing-real-life-colorful-copies-into/8990447/","projectTitle":"Bringing Real Life Colorful Copies into our Classroom","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Nidy","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9724388_orig.jpg?crop=369,369,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1725249226926","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9724388"},{"teacherId":4047537,"projectId":9170006,"letterContent":"This project was for Gatorade and Welch's fruit snacks, two popular items.
