I have already seen an increase in each student's independence and in their ability to complete daily living skills activities. We are still in the process of collecting more materials and converting another room on campus to create an apartment lab to further develop activities and tasks to build each students ability to live independently or with minimal support. \r\n\r\nAn added opportunity arose that wasn't even the main function of these materials. My students got to practice unboxing packages and assembling the materials by following real-life visual instructions.
