Many of them had never planted seeds or taken care of plants before, so they weren't quite sure what to make of all of it. I assured them I would show them learn how to help our new seedlings thrive.\r\n\r\nWe got right to work cleaning out the boxes and adding new soil. My students carefully planted new seeds and took turns watering every day. As the seeds started to sprout, the excitement grew. We counted the days until the first flower bloomed and have had daily conversations around the planter boxes about the insects we see, how to be gentle with our plants, and the perfect amount of water to use. They are excited to look for changes all the time. \r\n\r\nYour generous donations have brought beauty to our playground, a wonderful learning experience about plants & pollinators, and given my students practice caring for living things.","fullyFundedDate":1758383622665,"projectUrl":"project/little-hands-big-garden-dreams/9508819/","projectTitle":"Little Hands, Big Garden Dreams","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Wasson","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp1493270_orig.jpg?crop=1663,1663,x0,y315&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1583469351150","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/ms-wasson"},{"teacherId":4083864,"projectId":9565354,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous support of our button-making project.
