This donation of supplies has herped us to orgnaize our supplies at our desks as well as having things organized in specific folders for easy grab lessons. Everyday we teach a phonic lesson and with the zip folders we have put all of the materials into one place so it is easy for the kids to keep everything together for the lesson. \r\n\r\nWe now also have all of our pencils, erasors, markers, highlighters etc in the plastic box. This has plenty of room for everything and has decreased the number of crayons on the floor. We are beginning a new math unit so the writeon/eraseoff boards will come into play next week and this means I do not need to run photocopies.\r\n\r\nFinally, it is so great to have a supply of wipes for our tables especially during this cold season. The kids love the birthday stickers and pencils as it makes them feel special. The products bought have supported the sensory needs of my students leading to increased growth and development. We have seen so many new discoveries happen in the classroom since receiving the materials. \r\n\r\nWhen my students saw all the new stuff they were excited to use every new thing that came out of the box. They especially enjoyed the ball ramp and the theraputty. I hid little animals in the putty and the kids had so much fun finding what was buried inside.
