What a blessing it is to have donors that support a Title 1 school with students who strive to learn. This project was about putting visuals to vocabulary and adding some hands-on projects to our science curriculum. The project was a gift card that has allowed me to purchase lab activities for my middle school science classroom.\r\nOne lab in particular really stole the hearts of my students. The lab was a \"Mystery Substance\" lab where students made oobleck (but we didn't call it that!) and had to run a variety of tests to explain if it was a liquid or a solid. This lab activity was engaging and tied in very nicely with our Phase Change unit.\r\nAgain, a huge thank you to our donors and supporters.
