They loved having a special place to keep their supplies, and it immediately helped them feel more responsible and independent.\r\n\r\nOne of the best parts was seeing how quickly the organizers became part of our daily routine. During centers and independent work time, students were able to grab what they needed without asking for help or losing focus. It might seem like a small addition, but it had a big impact on their ability to stay organized and take ownership of their learning.\r\n\r\nBy the end of the year, my students were confident in managing their materials and prepared for the expectations of first grade.
