Their eyes lit up as soon as they saw the colorful alphabet and number materials. One student even said, \"This is like a treasure box for learning!\"\r\n\r\nWe've already been putting the resources to use. For example, during a small-group activity, students matched foam letters to picture cards, practicing beginning sounds while proudly shouting out \"A is for apple!\" Others worked with number manipulatives to build towers that matched the number cards—they loved counting aloud together and then comparing which tower was taller.\r\n\r\nThese materials have turned learning into play, and that excitement is helping my students stay engaged and confident. The next step in our project is to extend these activities into centers where students can rotate between different number and ABC challenges, giving them lots of practice with early math and literacy skills.
