I cannot begin to describe how happy the students were. When our custodian came in with the boxes and brought us our materials during class the whole classroom burst out in applause! \r\n\r\nWe are extremely thankful for our headphones, technology is very important in our classroom because many of our students need to have the read out loud feature. The read out loud feature reads the books to students who need that special accommodation. Some students may struggle deciphering the words and struggle to understand, but if the story is read out loud to them they can keep up with the comprehension part. \r\n\r\nWe are very excited for silent reading time, some students had to have the audio on to read during class time and it was a bit of a challenge to have different audio going on for students while silent reading. They are very excited to finally be able to have a real silent reading. I have one particular student who loves this feature of having the stories read to him because he can follow along without being frustrated about deciphering the words. \r\n\r\nOnce again I would like to thank you for your donation, and please know that a little act like this goes a long way in our students education.
